HSPA

High Speed Packet Access (HSPA) is a collection of standard protocol type used in mobile phone technology, and is part of the development of UMTS technology (Universal Mobile Telecommunications System) or better known as third-generation technology (3G). included in the standard HSPA High-Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA) and High-Speed Uplink Packet Access (HSUPA).
